ABOUT US

Matteo's Art Room is the work of talented Devon artist Matthew Eustice.

​

Born deaf into an artistic family, he was blessed with the skill to produce painting and drawing that stood apart from the masses from an early age.

​

He started, in his younger days as a cartoonist and later gained a diploma in graphic design, where he conformed to mainstream pressures and worked to produce pieces using constraints which he didn't enjoy.

​

More recently, he decided to free his creativity and produces artwork that people can both appreciate and enjoy.

 

Drawing inspiration from woodlands, Italian landscapes and the sea, his work features many trees, greenery and rustic images alongside watery scenes.

​

Favouring acrylics due to their palpable nature alongside watercolour and pen and wash techniques, he creates his visions of art and greeting card images.

​

He currently resides in sunny Devon where he continues his labour of love for art alongside his love for his beautiful spouse Donna.
